Love shouldn’t be quarantined & neither should your planning. WDJRI’s Official COVID19 Planning Tips

As the world continues to battle the Covid19 pandemic, its more important than ever to plan your wedding with the safety of everyone in mind. As if wedding planning wasn’t stressful enough the pandemic has thrown a monkey-wrench in an already stressful time. To help couples with this enormous task WDJRI has some tips that should take some of that pain away and give you ideas on how to plan and execute the one day you’ll remember for the rest of your life.

  1. Plan ahead and postpone your wedding now — trust us, we know you dont want to but at least 35% of couples have already done this — we know this might be a bummer but know that its the right move for the time we’re living in — its better to be safe than sorry and it just makes sense that not only will people feel safer, but they’ll be happier too. But if you cant wait then think of this: get legally married now & celebrate later! Alot of couples are doing this and it’s a good idea too.
  2. Celebrate virtually — We did a wedding in 2020 where the couple live-streamed the ceremony to a large audience of guests from across the country. The cameras were right there in the front row too! Needless to say — live-streaming or broadcasting your wedding to a virtual audience still allows you to communicate with your guests real-time and celebrate the moments with you, as they happen.

Despite all the challenges in today’s world, almost ¾ of all couples found a way to get hitched and celebrate with the ones they love. So dont let the pandemic keep your love quarantined — plan for your wedding and do it smartly and safely and no matter what — let that love shine.
